The Native Naturalist
Bio
Hello, I’m Stephanie an artist, certified therapeutic art life coach, and full-time student double majoring in Recreational Management and Geography at College of the Canyons. After spending over 16 years as a stay-at-home mom, I combined my love of motherhood, teaching, and creativity into a passion for nature based learning. Over the years I’ve shown my artwork in Los Angeles galleries, and through my certifications in art life coaching and art energy healing, I’ve been able to help people use creativity and color to restore balance and improve their well-being.
I was inspired to create my nature based outdoor sensory program for toddlers and families after watching how much my youngest child thrived in outdoor play and exploration. These playgroups bring together messy play, art, and outdoor adventures, giving children and parents a space to connect with nature in meaningful and fun ways. I truly believe both art and the natural world are powerful teachers that help us grow, discover, and express ourselves.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple mission: to help people explore, create, and discover the magic of art and nature. Whether I’m leading a playgroup, teaching a workshop, or guiding a family hike, my goal is to build community, spark curiosity, and inspire a deeper connection to the land we live on.
