Thanks for stopping by! My name is Stephanie  I love the outdoors and all things nature based learning and creativity. I been an artist since I was a child and creativity has always been my calling and passion.I have been a published artist and shown my art in galleries all over Los Angeles. I am a certified therapeutic art life coach & certified color and art energy healer. I have been a preschool teacher and now currently raising my four kids two which I homeschool for the first couple years. I love kid lead learning and  definitely messy play. I believe everyone has a creative side , that  just needs to go outside create explore and I am here to help.

 

I believe that art is not just about creating something beautiful, it is also about exploring oneself and expressing emotions in a unique way. As a therapeutic art life coach, I help people unleash their creativity and use it to improve their mental health and overall well-being. In addition to coaching, I also offer art energy healing  which involve using color, nature, and art to balance and restore the energy within the body.

 

 I love spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors. I believe that nature is the greatest teacher, and I try to incorporate it into my Play Groups whenever possible. I also enjoy sharing my love of art with others by teaching classes and hosting workshops.
